EnglishBank Austria Creditanstalt AG sold 5.000.000 shares in Flamingo International (FLA) on March 21st at 0,3750 RON/share, in a deal transaction totalling 1.875.000 RON. On February 27th, the Austrian bank sold 30,4 million FLA shares at 0,35 RON/share and on March 13th it sold another 10 million shares, at 0,38 RON/share, totalling 5,18% in the company. Following these transactions, the bank holds less than 13% in Flamingo.
On February 26th, Flanco Holding Ltd. sold half of the shares held in Flamingo at 0,32 RON/share. Following this move, Flanco holds 14,44% in the Bucharest-based company.
