Bosch targets a turnover of 143 million EUR for the current fiscal year, according to company representatives.
Last year, Bosch Group reported a turnover of 116 million EUR in Romania, recording a 27% increase from 2005. The number of Bosch employees in Romania will reach approximately 500 by the end of the year, compared to 200 at the beginning of 2007. By the end of 2008, Bosch Romania will employ some 700 people.
Bosch Group produces automotive equipment and operates a network of approximately 300 outlets and 12,000 service centers in more than 140 countries. The group ended the fiscal year 2006 with a turnover of 43.7 billion EUR.
