EnglishThe Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) concluded last year with 15.5 million RON in net profit, up by 187% year-on-year. The net turnover amounted to 30.4 million RON, up by 122% year-on-year. Fixed assets gained 31% to 11.5 million RON, whereas movable assets gained 43% to 49 million RON.
Equity amounted to 52.3 million RON, up by 42% from end-2006. EBITDA gained 189% to 2.3 million RON, whereas short-term investments gained over 91% to 19.2 million RON. BVB is planning to increase share capital from 34.8 million RON to 49.4 million RON by capitalizing reserves.
