EnglishShareholders in Chimopar SA Bucharest will convene on April 15th to approve an increase in the company"s share capital. SC Jafco Holding Romania SA proposed a share capital increase by 2.938.190 RON. Jafco will contribute 2.149.342,5 RON, while the remaining 788.847,5 RON will be obtained from subcriptions of other shareholders.
The company will issue 1.175.276 shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share. Shareholders will be able to exercise their preference rights within 30 days from the date the GM"s decision is published in the Official Monitor.
Chemical manufacturer Chimopar is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol CPR. Presently, the company has a share capital of 20.464.025 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share.
