EnglishAerostar - Bacau (ARS) will split the value of their shares by 10 and the new shares will have a face value of 0.25 RON. Shareholders registered as such by 21 January will be eligible to benefit from the split. The National Securities Commission has approved the operation by Decision no. 526 of 18 March. For the moment, Aerostar has a share capital of 29.28 million RON divided into 11.71 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON/share. The company is controlled by Iarom - Bucharest with 71.08% (8.32 million shares), followed by SIF Moldova with 11.20%. The value of the share capital will remain unchanged. The latest available price, dated 16. January is 13.2 RON/share.
