EnglishColdwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, a realty consultant and broker, has opened the first two branches in Bucharest. Located in the Opera Center and, respectively, on Calea Mosilor, the newest addition to the group will offer a diverse range of consultancy and brokerage services for property sale and leasing.
The Coldwell Banker Opera and Coldwell Banker Mosilor are part of the company"s regional development plan and will contribute to consolidating the realty business. The overall investment in the two branches is 200,000 EUR. Each of them has seven employees. The company"s development plan indicates that 20 offices are to be opened in the first three years on the Romanian market.
Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania was established this year as a consultant and broker for realty transactions including residential, office, industrial, retail and land transactions. The parent company is over 100 years old and currently controlled by Realogy Corp. Coldwell Banker operates in 41 countries through 3,800 offices and over 12,000 brokers.
