EnglishDafora Medias increased their stake in Condmag - Brasov from 26.2% to 43.6% after having purchased an additional 17.4% in the oil & gas pipe manufacturer for 31.5 million RON. The deal took place on May 9th, when Dafora bought 30.1 million shares in Condmag for 1.05 RON/share equal to 60% of the market price. The shares were bought from Pompei Hadarean, who thereby lowered his stake to some 20%. The transaction was performed on RASDAQ and boosted Dafora"s stake to 75.44 million shares.
The list of shareholders includes OGGBA Van Herk BV (10.61%), Julius Baer (9.62%) and Mei Roemenie en Bulgarie (7.76%). The estimate profit for this year is 10.4 million RON, up three times from last year"s 3.59 million RON, against a turnover of 140.4 million RON.
