EnglishItalian developer Daniele has bought 3,100 square meters of land in Scheia, Suceava County and is planning to build four apartment buildings, each having 20 apartments, playgrounds, parking and commercial space. Each building will have five floors plus a ground floor dedicated to commercial space.
Construction works will begin in April with materials imported from Italy. Each apartment will have its own heating unit and two balconies. The average price is 900 EUR/sq.m. Parking spaces will be sold separately. The surface of an apartment will range between 43 and 90 sq.m.
