EnglishMoldomobila - Iasi CEO Adrian Butuca announced that the deadline for the submission of bids for the company"s assets had been extended to November 30th, although the initial plan was to collect bids by end-October. "So far we have six potential buyers, including a major one, which asked for the extension to have more time to prepare the bid. We"re hoping to conclude the sale in February - March next year," Butuca said.
He added that the shareholders had set the starting price at some 40 million EUR and that the name of the buyer would not be necessarily disclosed. Shareholders in Moldomobila SA convened in early September and decided to sell a total of 13.35 hectares through Eurisko. The minimum starting price is 300 EUR/sq.m.
