EnglishDedeman has inaugurated a construction materials hypermarket in Botosani following an 8 million EUR investment. It is the 12th Dedeman hypermarket in Romania, according to Dedeman representative Marioara Duspinescu, quoted by Agerpres. "Due to the development of the construction materials market, there was a need to open such store even in Botosani. Until now, consumers in Botosani had to go all the way to our store in Suceava for construction materials, home decorations and furniture. The market demand prompted us to come to the Botosani market," she added. The Dedeman hypermarket in Botosani measures 30,000 square meters, including 7,800 square meters of sales space. It has already generated 145 jobs.
