EnglishShareholders in Electrocarbon - Slatina (RASDAQ:ELNG) convened yesterday and decided to increase share capital by 35.9% from 32,773,780 RON to 44,545,137.50 RON by issuing 4,708,543 new shares with a face value of 2.5 RON and a total value of 11,771,357.5 RON. The new shares are available to shareholders registered as such by 18 July. According to the latest report, dated 10 April, Vivaio SRL is the leading shareholder with 32.71%, followed by Metaleuroest SRL with 28.13% and SIF Oltenia with 24.03%. At the end of H1, the company reported a net profit of 381,381 RON, up by 25.46% y/y. The turnover reached 46,681,777 RON, up by 36.90% y/y. The latest available quotation, dated 27 June, is 2.5 RON/share average.
