EnglishShareholders in Electrocontact SA Bucharest have approved the income and expense budget for the current year, estimating 1,98 million RON gross profit, up 2,14 times compared with 2006. The company expects revenues to gain 26,3%, this year, reaching 22,28 million RON, while expenses are estimated at 20,3 million RON.
Electrocontact Y2006 turnover amounted to 15,89 million RON (4,37 million EUR), declining by 16,7% from 2005, when the company posted 19,095 million RON in turnover, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, quoted by NewsIn. Net profit amounted to 762.655 RON, down 7,6% compared with the preliminary result of 826.270 RON (227.622 EUR) published by the company. In 2005, the company registered a net profit of 2,05 million RON.
