Electroputere - Craiova has called a meeting of the Shareholder Assembly for March 14th to decide the replacement of the Board, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange quoted by NewsIn. Shareholders registered as such by March 5th will be eligible to participate. The electric rolling stock manufacturer has a share capital of 12.4 million RON (3.66 million EUR) divided into 124,167,954 shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. At the end of 2005, the company reported revenues of 129.6 million RON (38.26 million EUR) and losses of 30.45 million RON (9 million EUR). The majority shareholder is the State, represented by AVAS, with 62.83%.
