Shareholders in MJ Maillis Romania will receive gross dividend of 0,10 RON/share, as decided in the General Meeting held on April 23rd. The company concluded last year with net profit of 1.710.339 RON, down 40,64% from 2005, of which 60,9% will be paid out as dividends. Turnover gained 13,97% year-on-year, reaching 55.462.696 RON.
Shareholders also approved the Income and Expense Budget for the current year. Thus, the company expects turnover to reach 76.660.000 RON. Revenues are estimated at 76.870.000 RON, up 32,46% from 2006, while expenses should increase by 32,99%, amounting to 74.370.000 RON. For 2007, Maillis expects a net profit of 2.500.000 RON, up 46,16% year-on-year. The company manufactures plastic packaging and has a share capital of 10.431.728 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 1 RON/share.
