EnglishThe "Henri Coanda" International Airport Bucharest SA will select a valuator to make an assessment report on the company pending the listing of 5% in the airport on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Companies interested in participating in the selection process have to obtain prior agreement from the Ministry of Transportation. Agreement request documentation must be submitted by 31 March. The Ministry will also organize a tender to award the contract for financial investment services and preparation and promotion of the listing. The Ministry of Transportation controls 80% in the airport, whereas Fondul Proprietatea holds 20%. The airport has estimated a Y2007 profit of 15 million RON, up from 9.1 million RON in 2006.
