EnglishIasitex SA - Iasi has approved a reorganization plan that includes the sale of land that is not used for production. The auction will start from 460 EUR/sq.m. plus VAT. The company posted 74.71 million RON in turnover and 5.27 million RON in profit for last year. A year before, the company had posted a gross profit of 2.52 million RON and a turnover of 62.93 million RON.
The main shareholder is A2 Impex SRL - Ploiesti, which is part of the group Servicii Comerciale Romane (SCR). SCR in 2003 bought 51% in the factory from APAPS. SIF Moldova is another significant shareholder with 31.52%. AVAS has 3.47%, whereas minor shareholders have an aggregate 5.18%.
