EnglishShareholders in Impact Developer & Contractor - Bucharest will convene to discuss giving up on a 13 million EUR loan contracted to build the Zenit Complex in Constanta. The Board had initially decided on August 8th, 2006 to take this loan from the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR).
During the same meeting, the shareholders will approve the financial reporting documents for 2006, the budget for 2007 and the allocation of the Y2006 profit. Electing a new Board and Chairman is another item on the agenda. The civil engineering company has a share capital of 100,000,000 RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON/share.
