EnglishLindsell Enterprises Ltd has sold 967,600 shares in Oltchim - Ramnicu Valcea (BVB: OLT) since the beginning of the year. According to Cornel Stanciu from KD Capital Management, Lindsell has only sold a small portion of their stake and do not intend to exit the company. According to a Y2006 report, Lindsell held 36.5 million OLT shares (1.03%) at that time. The majority shareholder is the State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) with 95.73%.
