EnglishMorgan Stanley & Co. International bought 5.63% in plastic product maker Romcab - Targu Mures (RASDAQ:MCAB) shortly after MEI - Roemenie & Bulgarije Fonds NV had reported ownership of 5% in the same company. Romcab si controlled by Sadalbari with 85.83%, as per a report dated March 16th.
Following these transactions, the MCAB shares gained 9.37% to 10.5 RON/share. Romcab has a share capital of 14 million RON divided into 5,600,000 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON/share. The H1 turnover amounted to 23,010 RON, up by 1% y/y, whereas the profit surged 9.22x to 1.43 million RON.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd. also holds some stock in the Sibiu Monetary, Financial and Commodities Exchange, 0.0044% in the Bucharest Stock Exchange and less than 5% in the construction company Imotrust - Arad.
