EnglishLoan broker Mortgage Capital Group (MCG) is planning to open, in up to two months, offices in Italy and Spain to offer advisory services to Romanians who live in these countries and are interested in mortgage loans to buy property in Romania. MCG"s portfolio includes mortgage loans, refinancing and real estate acquisition products. The company estimates that the mortgage loan brokerage market will triple by end-2008. "Real estate developers have expressed interest in MCG"s services and we estimate that projects exceeding 200 million EUR will become definite in the next two months," said MCG CEO Bogdan Furnica.
