EnglishBanca Transilvania (Transylvania Bank) - Cluj Napoca (BVB:TLV) has started mailing nominal subscription forms to all shareholders registered as such by May 11th. According to the Shareholder Meeting resolution of April 25th, shareholders may subscribe new shares through capital injections. The deadline is June 29th. Preemptive rights will be considered.
Some 4.11 million TLV shares were traded yesterday for prices between 0.735 RON/share and 0.75 RON/share. The price closed at the day"s peak, up by 1.35% from the previous day. The overall value of transactions was 3 million RON.
