EnglishNitrofertilizer, a company on the Nitramonia - Fagaras platform, has auctioned off the asset "Grup Azot" for a price equal to the starting price of 34 million RON to Donau Chem SRL according to a press release from the State Assets Resolution Authority (AVAS). Grup Azot consists of a building, the equipment in it and 44.5 hectares of land. AVAS holds 79% in each of the companies on the Nitramonia platform: Nitrofertilizer, Nitroexplosives, Nitroservice, Nitrocontrol, Nitrotrans.
