EnglishThe northern part of Bucharest will soon have another 5,000 square meters of office space. The building is developed by Victoria Properties, whereas architectural services are provided by Art Design. The investment stands at some 7 million EUR.
According to Regatta, the project promoter, the building will have an underground level, a ground floor and six floors. It will be located near the Baneasa Bridge, close to DN1 and Henri Coanda Airport. The building will be ready in July and have a leasable surface of 5,513 square meters. The minimum leasable surface will be 400 sq.m. per tenant.
