EnglishPrefab Bucharest has increased share capital by nearly 97% from 12.35 million RON to 24.3 million RON (6.5 million EUR) after the shareholders subscribed 23.84 million shares, according to an announcement to RASDAQ quoted by NewsIn. For this purpose, the company issued 24.7 million shares with a face value of 0.50 RON and an issuance premium of 0.5 RON/share. Shareholders registered as such by 01. February 2008 were able to subscribe one new share (1 RON) for each existing share. Following the capital increase, Prefab has a share capital of 24.3 million RON (6.5 million EUR) divided into 48.5 million shares with a face value of 0.5 RON. The company is controlled by Marian Milut with 80%.
