EnglishShareholders in Romaero - Baneasa last week decided to settle the company"s debts to the State by offering in exchange a light aircraft production hall, the ancillary buildings, a plot of land measuring 9,722 sq.m. and a heating plant with another plot of land measuring 3,697 sq.m. Romaero manufactures aircraft and provides aircraft repair and maintenance services to Boeing, Israel Aircraft, Bombardier and Airbus subcontractors.
