The Group comprises Romstal, Valrom Industrie, Valplast Industrie, Autoklass Center, Belform Prod, Dezim Development IOS Software Solutions, Central Service Instal, City Garden Distribution and the recently acquired Doming d.o.o. - Serbia.
Romstal operates in Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova and Italy. The turnover achieved overseas in 2007 amounted to 313 million EUR (+48% y/y), whereas the Romanian turnover reached some 200 million EUR (+40% y/y).
