EnglishThe National Securities Commission (CNVM) has authorized the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) to set up and manage the alternative trading system "Piata Alternativa" (Alternative Market), as per an announcement released yesterday. CNVM also authorized a number of changes to the Central Depository Code and the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code intended to facilitate trading of T-bills on the Bourse, the press release further indicates. The BSE has 15 days to provide the CNVM with the modified version of the Code, as per CNVM"s recommendations. T-bills are scheduled for listing on the BSE early next week, according to Finance Minister Varujan Vosganian.
