EnglishThe General Meeting of shareholders in Aeroteh decided to distribute 1.078.951 RON from last year"s profit as dividends. Shareholders will receive a gross dividend of 0,3327 RON/share. The rest of the profit will be used for legal reserves and an increase in the company"s share capital, as well as sponsorship discounts. The company reported a net profit of 3.832.496 RON for 2006, up 7% year-on-year.
