EnglishSIF1 Banat - Crisana has exited the real estate company TCI Invest - Cluj following a public offering on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). SIF1 collected some 4.6 million RON for their stake in TCI. The offering was brokered by IFB Finwest between 6 May and 5 June. SIF Banat - Crisana sold 76.91 (15.92%) shares in TCI. The buyer, Agressione Group, paid 60 RON per share, by 27 RON less than the offering price of 82 RON/share. At the moment, Agressione Group and Pavel Daniel Cosmin hold a concerted 26.23% in TCI. TCI Invest has a share capital of 1.21 million RON divided into 483,000 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company leases and sub-leases various buildings and is traded on RASDAQ as TCII. The market value is 26.56 million RON (7.2 million EUR) calculated as per the quotation of 55 RON set on 3 June. At the end of February, SIF Banat - Crisana reported net assets of 1.73 billion RON, down by 2.74% from the previous reporting.
