EnglishSIF Transilvania has allocated 16.5 million RON to buy shares in Romradiatoare - Brasov and COMCM - Constanta. The company on Monday bought 1.88 million shares in Romradiatoare from Organe de Asamblare - Brasov for 4.7 million RON, thus increasing their stake to 70.73%. SIF Transilvania became the majority shareholder in Romradiatoare in early February, upon buying 26% from Organe de Asamblare for 7.9 million RON.
SIF Transilvania also exercised preemptive rights to 118.27 million shares in COMCM - Constanta for 11.82 million RON. SIF Transilvania holds 56.4% in COMCM, followed by Constantin Fratila with 40.42%. COMCM concluded last year with revenues of 51 million RON (15.2 million EUR) and a net profit of 7.53 million RON (2.2 million EUR).
