EnglishClosed-end investment fund STK Emergent bought 27.87% in Constructii Bihor Oradea for 8.7 million RON (2.66 million EUR), from financial investment company SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1), according to a report to Rasdaq. SIF Banat-Crisana sold 284,327 shares in Constructii Bihor, at a price of 30.6 RON/share.
Constructii Bihor Oradea is a construction company with a share capital of 3.06 million RON, divided into 1.02 million shares. In March 2006, the majority shareholder was Gavrila Ghilea, with 53.41% in the company, followed by SIF 1 Banat-Crisana (27.87%) and the Authority for State Assets Recovery (0.91%).
