English"Sindan" SA, the only oncological drug manufacturer in Romania and part of pharmaceutical Group Actavis, has chosen Tempo Advertising as its communications partner. The latter won the auction held by Sindan in December, beating several important agencies on the market.
The collaboration between the two companies involves both corporate and product communication, the services provided by the agency being PR, media, BTL and creation.
Sindan was founded in 1991, on the structure of the research and production department of the Bucharest Oncological Institute. Presently, Sidan is one of the most dynamic companies in this field on the local market, its revenues having doubled during the past few years. In March 2006, Sidan was acquired by Islandic pharmaceutical compant Actavis, one of the most important international players in the development, manufacturing and distribution of generic drugs. Founded in 1956 and having 10.000 employees in 32 countries, Actavis Group is positioned among the first 6 companies on the global generic drug market.
