EnglishThe government approved yesterday the sale price of the Bulletin of Insolvency Proceedings, namely 1,20 RON. The bulletin will be published by the National Trade Register Office and will include summons, notifications and court resolutions issued in the course of insolvency proceedings, as well as communications and any procedural deeds, issued by courts of law, judicial administrators and liquidators.
Sales and subscriptions will be made through the National Trade Register Office and the bulletin will be published in both print and electronic format. The implementation of an electronic system doubled by a print format is a measure adopted in order to simplify and accelerate the information regarding non-performing companies.
