EnglishBaile Felix-based company Turism Felix plans to increase its share capital by 24,8 million RON, to 49,61 million RON. The proposal will be discussed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on April 20th.
Presently, Turism Felix has a share capital of 24,8 million RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON. The majority shareholder is SIF Transilvania Braşov, holding 63,40% in the company, while SIF Oltenia Craiova holds 16,42%. Turism Felix is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of March 21st, under the symbol TUFE.
