UniFEST 2025, free fun for students all over the country

The Romanian Students' Union (USR) announces the 14th edition of the UniFEST Festival, which will take place from November 7 to 17, 2025, under the theme "Explore your UNIverse". The events will take place simultaneously in the major university centers in the country - Bucharest, Constanţa, Piteşti, Iaşi, Suceava, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Alba Iulia, Satu Mare, Craiova, Oradea, Arad and Timişoara. The festival, which has already become a tradition, aims to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and take advantage of the numerous personal development opportunities offered free of charge. Under the motto launched since 2001, UniFEST continues to promote the idea that free time can be used creatively and constructively. This year's events are grouped into four main thematic areas - culture, education, sports and entertainment. Throughout the festival, students will have free access to theater, opera, film and museum performances. Tickets can be picked up with a student ID at stands located on university campuses. Among the most anticipated moments is the White Night of the Student Theater, when university stages will come to life between sunset and sunrise. Young artists will present plays, improvisational moments and multidisciplinary performances dedicated to the student audience. For those passionate about exercise, UniFEST also includes football, basketball and volleyball championships, designed to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle. The Romanian Students' Union currently brings together 118 organizations from 16 university centers, thus consolidating one of the largest student networks in the country.
