EnglishBanca Transilvania have increased their stake in Medicredit Leasing IFN SA from 38.89% to 57.39% by subscribing newly issued shares. BT President Robet C. Rekkers said: "We"re focusing more and more on supporting the medical profession. The type of leasing dedicated to the development of this sector is one of the financial solutions we are offering doctors." Medicredit IFN SA, the first company exclusively dedicated to medical equipment leasing, was established in 2003. The company intends to support medical doctors planning to start or expand a private practice by offering them technical solutions, management consultancy and customized financing solutions.
