Celhart Donaris has a share capital of 47.62 million RON divided into 19.05 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is Echopack - Ghimbav (RASDAQ:AMCP) with 88.1% of the capital. SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) holds 11.16%. Celhart Donaris has a market value of 11.4 million RON (3.2 million EUR) as per the latest quotation of 0.6% dated 11 August. The company is listed on RASDAQ, the XMBS Section, as CEDO.
