Turism Felix, a company in the Transilvania Investments portfolio, reported revenues of 10.8 million lei in the first quarter of the year, 18% below those in the first three months of 2024 and a loss of 10.3 million lei, higher than the 9.1 million lei in the January-March period of last year, according to the company's report published on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website.
Revenue from services decreased by 19.5%, to 7.4 million lei, while revenue from the sale of goods decreased by 14%, to 3.3 million lei. Personnel expenses decreased by 1%, to almost 10 million lei, while energy and water expenses decreased by 18%, to 3.7 million lei. Other operating expenses increased by 23%, to 2.6 million lei.
From operational activities, Turism Felix recorded a loss of 9.4 million lei, 14% higher than that of the first three months of last year, to which was added a negative result from financial activities, of almost 0.9 million lei.
Turism Felix operates five four-, three- and two-star hotels, as well as the Apolo Felix Beach, in Băile Felix. Transilvania Investments owns 93% of the tourism company, whose stock market valuation amounts to almost 200 million lei.
