Nine months through 2007, VAE made a net profit of 3.39 million RON (1 million EUR), up 34.43% y/y. The company"s turnover gained 44.91% in the first three quarters of the year to 57.28 million RON (17.07 million EUR) from 39.53 million RON in the year-ago period. Estimates for this year point to a turnover of 15.9 million EUR and a net profit of 1.31 million EUR. VAE has a share capital of 7.38 million RON divided into 73.8 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The leading shareholder is VAE AG with 86.37%.
