Operating expenses increased by 31,42% yoy, amounting to 34.580.561 RON. Last year, the company posted 39.353 RON in net profit, up 30,04% from 2005.
This year, the company plans to develop its distribution network present in Moldova, Muntenia, Dobrogea and expand to Transilvania. Drug retailer Dornafarm Suceava is listed on Rasdaq as DOFA and has a share capital of 1.359.184,5 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,5 RON/share. The majority shareholder is Rabanca Ovidiu, holding 52,37% in the company
