EnglishShareholders in Faur SA Bucharest have decided to increase the company"s share capital by 489,750 RON, to 38.15 Mln RON, according to a press release.
In February, Faur SA decided to increase its share capital by 4.07 million RON (1.20 million EUR), from 37.646 million RON to 41.71 million RON. From the total number of issued shares, over 3.29 million shares will be canceled as they have not been subscribed. Following the share capital increase, Bega Com is the majority shareholder, with 84.8% in the company, followed by AVAS, with 14.06%.
