EnglishShareholders in Faur SA will convene on February 5th to decide on increasing the share capital by 4.07 million RON (1.2 million EUR) from 37.64 million RON to 41.71 million RON, according to NewIn. The shareholder meeting is open to any shareholder registered as such by January 22nd. At the moment, the majority shareholder is Bega Com with 85.9 percent, followed by the State Assets Resolution Authority (12.94 percent). The company has executed several capital increases in the recent past.
