EnglishBucharest-based show manufacturer Flaros - Bucharest (RASDAQ:FLAO) will ask shareholders to approve the establishment of an office in Moscow, Russia. If the motion carries, the next topic would be to make an amendment to the company bylaws to regulate the new office.
Flaros has a share capital of 2.6 million RON (743,400 EUR) divided into 1.04 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is SIF 5 Oltenia with 73.32%. Cristinel Balota holds 5.3%. The company has a market value of 28.2 million RON (7.88 million EUR) as per the latest quotation of 27 RON set on 28 March.
