The transaction was performed at 14:03 hrs, when Oltchim shares were being traded on Regular for 0.525 RON - 0.530 RON. Some 33.721 million Oltchim shares (0.95%) were sold for 0.620 RON, by 17-18% over the market price.
Oltchim shares are listed on BVB Tier I as OLT. At the 0.54 RON quotation dated May 22nd, the company"s market capitalization was 1.9 billion RON. Oltchim has a share capital of 354.69 million RON (104.32 million EUR) divided into 3,546,956.001 share with a face value of 0.1 RON. The majority shareholder (95.73%) is the State via AVAS.
