organizes the tender for the "Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles (EV) in Romania".

This tender takes place within the project "Development of Rompetrol infrastructure for the supply of alternative fuels in key locations in Romania", a project co-financed by the European Union through the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Programme, and which received grant approval from the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).

The project aims to develop Rompetrol's infrastructure for the supply of alternative fuels at key points in Romania. This initiative focuses mainly on the installation of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs), to support the growing transition to electromobility, in line with the European Union's climate and energy efficiency strategies.

The project will take place exclusively on the territory of Romania, in 26 Rompetrol locations, and envisages the installation of 30 ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles, of which 13 for Heavy Duty Vehicles (HDVs) and 17 for Light Duty Vehicles (LDVs).

In order to participate in the auction, the participation intentions must be submitted in written format to the address below (e-mail) by _,_.2026. together with documents requested at points 1) and 2) below. , The participation intention will include as well the contact details (name and email address) to which the invitation to submit bids can be sent.

The selection of the companies that will receive the invitation to submit bids will be made taking into account the following eligibility criteria, these being minimum participation requirements (pre-qualification requirements), as follows:

1)The main object of activity must be the supply of charging stations for electric vehicles, and the average annual turnover in the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) must be at least according to the values allocated on the Packages presented below, excluding VAT. The fulfillment of the criterion will be demonstrated by presenting the company's official documents. Applicants have the opportunity to submit a bid for one or both packages, but each package is evaluated individually.
