EnglishCasa de Insolventa Transilvania (CIT), the company appointed by the Brasov County Court to handle the liquidation of Rulmentul SA - Brasov jointly with RVA Insolvency SPRL - Bucharest, announced that the first auction would take place in mid-February. The starting price approved by the creditors is 69.5 million EUR.
The 44 hectares of land have been assessed at 39.69 million EUR, the buildings at 17.28 million EUR and the machinery at 12.36 million EUR. The liquidators will first attempt to sell all assets in one package and, if unsuccessful, they will make three distinct packages: movable assets, property and the canteen hall.
