Kamala Harris dominated last night's debate with Donald Trump, in the race for the American presidential elections in November, the US media say in unison, but part of it, which in recent years has had a benevolent attitude towards by the former president from the White House claims that the current vice president needs to thank the ABC News moderators who were partisan with the Democratic candidate.

Here is what the press from across the Ocean reported after the debate between the two presidential candidates:

Benevolent press with the Democratic candidate:

- CNN: Analysts of the TV station claim that Trump fell into the trap of Harris who bombarded him with various sensitive topics for the Republican candidate - abortion, the economic performance of the Trump Administration, health care, Ukraine, migration. Kamala's questions irritated Trump who appeared devastated during the debate.

- ABC News: Harris's debate strategy took Donald Trump out of his personal comfort zone

- NBC News: Trump lost control in Harris's onslaught

- New York Times: Trump on the defensive during the debate; Harris won the debate handily over Trump; Shares of Trump Media, the parent company of the Truth Social network, fell after the debate between the two candidates

- Washington Post: Harris attacked Trump, sparking heated dialogue; Harris dominated Trump in the debate, but will it count?
