"Casa de Vinuri Zoresti" - Zoresti Wine Co. in Mihailesti is increasing share capital by 3.5 million RON, according to company representative Maria Bratulescu. The operation will be done by issuing new shares. The overall capital of 5.005 million RON will be divided into 50,050 shares with a face value of 100 RON.
Bratulescu added that the company had completed a SAPARD-financed investment program. The company is planning to introduce new brands and possibly terminate some of the existing brands according to market trends. The company currently makes no exports but is anticipating significant growth of the domestic wine market.
