EnglishThe price of shares in Prodvinalco - Cluj Napoca (BSE:VAC) doubled since the beginning of March to 3.58 RON/share following several transactions made by insiders. The shares are traded on the "unlisted" tier of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, which is reason enough for brokers to explain their volatility.
At the beginning of the year, one VAC share was worth 1.61 RON. Compared to that, Friday"s price is 122.36% higher. In March, several transactions were performed for prices between 1.8 and 3.7 RON/share. Such transactions were performed through Interdealer Capital, SSIF Broker and STK Trading. Last month, Hosu Viorel bought 16,100 VAC shares, whereas Moraru Constantin bought 571,435 shares. The list of sellers included Irimiea Ioan with 38,506 shares and Tarcoci Nicolae with 91,753 shares.
Prodvinalco has a share capital of 2,098,900.7 RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The list of shareholders includes Interdealer Capital with 5.07%, Todea Mircia with 17.55% and Albon Vasile with 13.04%.
