EnglishThe Brasov County Public Finance Administration will put up for auction, for the third time, six production halls owned by Masini Unelte si Mecanizari (MUM) UTB SA - Brasov this Friday for a starting price of 6,323,256 RON, VAT not included.
The first auction was held on December 4th, but no one expressed any interest. The second auction was held on December 18th, when one of the production halls was sold for the starting price of 1,735,241 RON, VAT not included. The third auction will be held on Friday.
Starting prices will be reduced by 50% from the reassessed prices, as per art. 162/8 of Government Decision no. 92/2003. The five remaining production halls will each have a starting price of 1,156,827 RON, VAT not included, down from 2,313,654 RON at the first auction.
